I don't know either, but it sounds rather boorish to me within the limits of this expression.
I used to be agnostic. These days I'm not so sure.

You seem to be saying that some women, at least, have begun acting like men in order to acheive equality? Is that it?

I've met some of those women - they act like what they observe in some men, and usually not the nice ones . . . lol . . . I'm guessing you've run into some of these sorts, and it hasn't been pleasant?

I think women can be women, and men can be men, and still be equals as members of the human race.

GG, you haven't offended me, I'm just curious as to what prompted your observation.

Oh yeah, you understand. Should have heard the knee-jerk emotional reaction from my cousin when I posted this on my facebook...

I grew up with no brothers, just two loud and pushy older sisters

LOL - I had no brothers either, and an older sister . . . :p

I've personally never felt there wasn't anything I couldn't do because of my sex, and I've never felt discriminated against in my career because of it either. I've met women who have, and it's sad - it definitely shouldn't happen. And I've met those women who get pretty militant about things - pretty much "anti-men", because they've had a bad experience. Hey, don't dislike ALL men because some jerk gave you a hard time, you know?
