Well, I suddenly felt compelled to reshape an old Moody Blues title into a more workable topic for this enduring thread. I hope you'll forgive me and of course, get right down to business. Business? What business say you? That which you are listening to, musically that is. Post away!

Wow!!! Another one already? That other thread went so quick. ITCOA is a great album, a bit mellow, but that's ok.

Well, I generally do not listen to tunes while I'm on the puter (cause the TV is always on), but this night, I just got done burning a couple CDs here at my honey's place, where I'm spending the weekend. It's a collection of Classic Rock gems, ranging from ELO to Sweet, to Def Leppard, to Genesis, etc. and I'm now taking a test listen to them, to see how they came out, as I'm watching the Addams Family 48 hour marathon on TV Land...

Coincidence. Last night it was The Moody Blues--"The Story in Your Eyes"--from EVERY GOOD BOY DESERVES FAVOUR. "Procession", the intro piece is a trip and it goes perfectly with the painting on the inside cover. Sort of a melancholy album as a whole.
Then it was Genesis Live, Genesis Songbook DVD, Pink Floyd pulse VHS, Maryland '91 Yes bootleg, Hackett Tokyo Tapes DVD.
A very prog evening it was. I woke up to Bach piano concerto, as I left the radio on all night.
Today, it's maybe some Hendrix or classical music.

Earlier this morning, while waiting for the sun to rise here at work, I was in a very passive / ambient mood, so I listened to --

* John Archer - "Enlightenment"
* Jon Mark - "Land Of Merlin"
* Liquid Mind - "Slow World"

and a beautiful collection of music in the "Lifescapes Series" of CD's released and sold via Target stores entitled "Yoga."

Excellent tunage to experience while drinking a hot cup of coffee and watching the sun come up!

Very true, Olias! I just look forward to reading what you're listening to - often reminds me of things I haven't played in a while, or new bands I might want to hear!
