I am viewing Yestalk in Yestalk 4 once I get into the forum.

I am not a computer programer, so I am not sure I can provide an adequate detailed description of the problem. I am using Internet Explorer 8 as my web browser. My home page is set to www.yestalk.org. When I follow that link, I used to be directed to a sign in page where I could enter my ID and password. Now, instead, I get a pure white page with the above-quoted programmng gibberish. The only way I can log in is to choose the registration link on the initial page, then go to the top of the page and enter my ID and password. It's not a big deal for me, now that I figured out a work-around, but I still wonder if other people have stopped posting because they get the same error.

How odd, It's been some time since I had issues with logging in. I use Mozilla not that that should matter. The link I have bookmarked for this site is as follows http://forum.yestalk.org/showthread.php
Works every time, hopefully Ed can help you figure this out.

Actually, the browser might matter. I use IE7, and I don't have any problems. I use Firefox at home, and no problems there either. I'll alert Ed to see if he knows of any problems using IE8.

Still listening and still enjoying with utter pleasure. Their uncertainties, along with our own, have contributed to the larger picture of 'losing the faith'. "High the Memory", if nothing else, will sustain us.

I cant' believe over four year have passed since this thread.
I know the site was down for quite some time. For how long actually?

About two and a half years ago I decided to give up life on the road as a travelling musician.
Twenty-five years on the road, fifteen of those as full time job, did finally take its toll.
Work opportunities were also slowly decreasing and the few gigs that did come in were usually humiliating situations
where you are expected to be a live juke-box for drunks at Christmas parties and such.
Never again will I play music I don't enjoy in a bar for peanuts and drunks.
I'm too old for that now...

So, now I work under the Chief Guardian as fiduciary for orphaned refugee teenagers who seek asylum in Sweden.
At this time I have five boys from Afghanistan, Eritrea and Marocco that I guard and guide into their new home.

Oh, and I'm also a proud grandfather of four girls aged 2,3,4 and 9. :heart-on:

Good for you Guildigger. such a basic change in life takes guts - glad to see you make it through.

This is the first communication I've had with Yestalk since 2010 - to be honest I thought the board was no more
