Meesh, you rock!

This album forum has had an undeniable renaissance, so I had to say thanks again for taking over my old spot. I didn't really talk to Ed about anyone to replace me, I just waited until the right person came along, and then dumped it in his lap! So it worked out as I'd hoped, and now I can post more here. I do dig the idea of editorial turnover, it does keep everything fresh. Since you had to replace and/or buy a lot of the classic abums, it made a lot of sense . . .

Oh, I have a very tangible sense of what the area looks like here, if it might help you to visualize things. I've always seen Yestalk as a club/tavern/venue in a big older, perhaps somewhat Gothic building. Entoo works as bon vivant and concierge in the big space downstairs, while Renato and Chris have rooms just off the stage, and can either tune strings or look at recent concert pics. There's a new addition, with Fragile being DJ, I like to hang out at . . .

But I see this album forum as being up a spiral staircase in the back, with a view from the second story. I always had some Yes playing, some incense burnng, bean-bag chairs and a few candles burning. I like the "idear" of visualizing everyone here as sitting around a room, just talking and listening to music. So please, decorate the place, put up a mural, and don't mind the stains on the carpet!

Meesh, where would you like the seats and Roger Dean posters? Hey, redecorating the album forum is a lot cheaper that redoing a house, so go wild! Just remember, I still get that pod-chair in the corner . . .

And I didn't hear him yelp once when the heavy load landed right on top of him ... oops, sorry Ed. Didn't mean to mess up your hair on the way down ...

Fresh is my middle name.

I have everything but Keysstudio now and I don't care much if I have that one. I've got both KTAs so I'm happy.

The kind of buildings we don't have in Florida because they're a hurricane hazard. (Sometimes I really miss NY ...)

So far our visions are very similar!

Hmm, except for the spiral staircase and second story, this sounds a lot like my house!

Renato's busy at work on the mural ... and a little OxiClean will take those stains right out. But I'm not worried about them 'cause I'm too busy listening to music. Several cats are lurking around, and maybe we'll have a dog or two to curl up with us when we fall asleep listening to 'tunes and partying too hard.

It's yours, prof. And I think we should certainly have the Roger Dean posters on the ceiling, so we'll have something cool to look at when we get tired and sprawl out on the floor and have a big slumber party.

Of course, we need several album covers on the wall, framed and autographed and in mint condition. And a visit from the men once in a while would be quite welcome!
