You know there has been a lot more information given in this thread than I would think most of us would want to know about each other. but since we're spilling the beans here, I guess i will, too. So here goes:
I am 39, married, heterosexual, a social drinker, former drug abuser (Coke was my drug of choice), Christian (methodist), a father or four, grandfather of 1, an asst dispatcher at a moving-and-storage co., a guitarist ( I can play a fair bit of steves stuff), a want-to-be singer. I enjoy Nascar racing(Winston Cup-go Gordon). I dont have any interesting or unusual hobbies-I work, come home, eat, sleep and get up and go to work again. My income is rather modest, and i dont do much traveling. I have run up and down the East coast when I was Driving for the same company that I work for now. I lived in Oregon for a couple of years, the most beautiful place in the world! My musical tastes run toward the Classical. Yes,of course, and Gentle giant. I like the west coast jazz stuff-Spyro Gyra,et al. I saw someone mention Mahavishnu Orchestra-I used to really like John Mclaughlin. I like Bach and Beethoven, the more baroque stuff.I like counterpoint in music, and unusual time signatures. my guitar influences are Steve, Pat metheny, Steve morse(Dregs),Al dimeola.
I really like Return to forever-Chick Corea is incredible.
My reading is pretty much limited to the daily newspaper, the Bible, and Readers Digest(I dont have the time to do much more). My time is pretty much taken up by work, my family and my YARD! My idea of a good time is grilling in the back yard, while having a beer with my wonderful, beautiful wife, while yelling at my kids to quit running near the grill and to turn that awful music down(rap,M+M,other nameless and talentless bands). When I think about it, my life probably looks pretty boring when one reads this, but I like my life and who I am and as long as my wife continues to love me Ill be allright.
thisll get me that pulitzer.
