Neal $ Jack & Me

Has anyone bought this DVD yet,and if so,do you have 5.1 capabilities? The reason I ask is that I can't get the '84 show to play in 5.1.The '82 show plays fine and I even exchanged it for another copy and the same thing happened. The performance is wonderful and the stereo mix is great, but dammit I wa...

This disc has been remastered with a second disc full of bonus trax.If it's anywhere near as much of an improvement as the remaster of SIGNIFY was,it will be like you took a blanket off your speakers.

YES IN HARTFORD

I know this is a little late, but I just wanted to say that I have never felt so spiritualy fulfilled as I did at the Hrtfrd YES show two weeks ago.Usualy I feel as though Jon is being a bit goofy on stage when he introduses the songs.Even when he's talking about love and peace and I agree with what ...

This gets better and better. I LOVE Porcupine Tree - my favourite band of the decade and a great find. Sounds great. And I am so jealous that you saw them both! I only found out about PT after the In Absentia tour - arrgghh! Would love to see them live. Doc Y. The new disc should be out within a fe...

Thanks TD1980. I like the sound of Damnation. Seems appropriate to my life at the moment too. I love the idea of them being "a progressive/folk/death-metal band" too. Cool. Mind you Porcupine Tree manages to blend quite a heavy vibe in with acoustic stuff and it works a treat. D. That's Steve Wilso...

Got my first Dream theater album yesterday.I don't have the disc in front of me but the name of it is something like "Six Degrees of Dispair" anyway it's a double disc that came out in 2002.I've only heard it once,so right now I have mixed reviews. That said, parts of it are just amazing, while I'm not...

The thing about in the round is that no matter where you sit steve plays all your favorite solo's to the other side, also I never thought it sounded very good.As good as the 5 or 6 shows in the round were I always felt they would have been better on an end stage.

what I want to see is them just playing what they want and feel.If they do this the music will be genuine,if it's genuine it will be good.If they try to come up with what they think will sell or what they think we want it will probably miss the mark.If the ideas don't flow and the music is forsed th...

My fave so far is the one from Boston Garden '74.The begaining section is truely scary(good way to put it,whoever said it)Steve kills me on it.Plus I saw the show in New Haven that same week,so it has sentimental value. My favorite Steve Howe era is with Moraz.

I'm a huge Airplain and Starship fan and I hate the song. But if you get a chance to see the current line up of Jefferson Starship not Starship you're in for a treat. You won't get anything from the Micky Thomas days but you will get a good dose of Airplain and pre-cheese starship.Paul Kantner rules!!!
