A Star Becomes a Trooper on the Eve of STAR WARS

Everything has lined up for this stellar event in my life. 3 is the magic number (my favorite number) and 7s are lucky. As of this post, I'm the 3rd Starship Trooper and the 7th member in number of posts. Not only that, this all happens on the Eve of STAR WARS. I was 7 when this movie came out. I st...

If you ask me, it looks like one of Bliss's commentaries. But, hey, we're all entitled to our opinions, aren't we? Sure we are! The screwed up thing is when people speak their opinions as if they are truth; no humility, no respect, no class. Oh well, at least we know the truth, as it comes to us...Y...

Vulcan, glad to hear you like it so much. I do, too. I listened to Mag for 3 months straight! Now, it's in my occasional rotation. In fact, you inspired me to bump it up to my next cd. I, too, like the tracks you mentioned. Actually, I like all of them, and I think the only weak link is "Don't Go." ...

Well, that sucks! Konocti is out of the picture since it's already been on sale. Fine job Yesworld did getting their act together after Konocti went on sale.

Well, as we say here in Nevada, "You win some and lose more."

The only other idea I have at this point is for Yes to tour with another big band. I know this might drive up ticket prices, and I know some of you don't have the stamina for 2 performers, but I think it is another way for them to push their music on non-Yes fans. Who could they tour with? U2 would ...

Ra, like you, I completely adore the lyrics of Yes. Also, I'm am occasionally stumped on the meaning behind the music. Ed is correct in saying that Jon (especially in the 70s) simply through words together because of their harmonic qualities. Now, his writing is becoming more pointed. IMHO, this mea...

E-tickets? Haven't heard of that one, yet. But, sounds like a good idea, especially if you could get them from the venue. That would certainly take TM out of the picture. I hate to be a pessimist, but ticketmaster is a monster, a giant, and a difficult one to beat or change. I foresee their monopoly...
