To be over

Listening to the new IQ-Record "Frequency" i was thinking, that i would be that glad if yes would have made an album like that within the past 15 years but they do not get the point. There where nice albums like "magnification" or albums with nice songs on it like open your eyes but they did not get...

Re: new jon songs here

This is the best solowork from jon i have listened for a long long time. It's typicaly jon and reminds me of the old days such as animation and songs of seven. what if he just simply does some music with .... chris squire, steve howe and rick wakeman? ;) listening to that i just see once more that t...

Re: Best CDS of 2008

SIMON SAYS - TARDIGRADE : Well this is quite a classic-prog-style album but it has also typical neo-prog-moments. Overall it is more structured than a flower kings album, because there is less jamming than stolt uses to do. Its just a great album! Beside that i really liked "carpe diem" by the flow...

I hope this subforum is the wright place, to talk about Jons Soloalbums. I have just listened to Song of Seven Today. This is an album that always makes me happy when i listen to it, wich is not quite often, to be honest, but when i do so i enjoy it a lot. Everybody Loves You and Song of Seven are o...

Re: No one is indispensable!

to me it would have been more fun to listen to a new squire output than to collect bootlegs from a band, which isn't a band anymore, playing the same old songs with a few changes in the set list - without jon (!!!!) is that the way to carry on? Thanks but NO! IN my eyes, if the situation ist that di...

Chris Squire solo/live

Did Chris ever did Solo Tours? Did he ever played the whole fish out of whater album live? I just saw a live-version of hold out your hand on utube where he was playing that song in the studio with billy sheerwood. I was impressed about his voice and the playing of course.

Re: YesFan "mocks" Jon, the "Lead Singer"...

If Chris wants to get a band on his own he should do so instead of using the nahme yes http://de.youtube.com/watch?v=MVymT10s16Q&feature=related instead of forcing a yestour he should do something on its own. That could be great with some yesmusicians on his side. But he instead uses and sells out t...

Re: YES carries on, with and despite many complexities

One of several thoughts I've had re. this current lineup and this current tour is: Couldn't they have waited until Jon was feeling well enough to tour? Jon is always quite euphoric when he talks about yesmusic, betwenn songs and in interviews. im miss him shaking the tambourine and handling percuss...

the new roger dean stage design and its meaning

I've heard someone saying the in a god angle the new stage design look like three letters. "JON". What do you think about it?

If so, why not jost telling the fans that they hope jon is be able to tour soon again with them?

I have heard a lot of love in the playing between rick, alan, steve and chris in the past and it was wonderful. i 2. absol...
