Personally I think it's crazy...why would you build up expectations of an audience by using a well-known song throughout the commercial, and then not use it in the movie? I guess this is why I don't make the big bucks...????

Yes in the Media - Big Fish Movie

The commercial for the new Tim Burton film, Big Fish, features ISAGP, although it is strangely absent from the movie soundtrack; perhaps there was a disagreement between labels? The soundtrack listing is on Amazon, below.

"OOOHHHH, what a lucky man he was..." ...ok, I know you probably know this, but that was Carl Palmer in ELP, not Robert Palmer... To address another comment, though, I don't think it's a pity, that Robert Palmer will be remembered mainly for his "Addicted to Love" video. You may dislike the pop over...

I'm so glad someone has resurrected this topic; for a long time, I was on a serious quest to find out who it was, even writing to Roger Dean to see if he knew. I never got a reply. "Fragile" CD Featured in "School of Rock"

I was thrilled this past weekend not only to see a Yes CD featured in the wonderful new movie "School of Rock," but also that the producers chose to use my all-time favorite album, Fragile, as one of the CDs actor Jack Black hands out as "homework" to grade-school students to indoctrinate them in th...

OOALH on CBS' "Cold Case"

Immediately after CBS' "60 Minutes" this evening, the show "Cold Case" was on, and I was about to change the channel except that Owner of A Lonely Heart was on...not just a cover version, but the real thing, and quite loud, almost drowning out any dialogue. The song plays while a couple is talking a...

Did Heart "Go Crazy On" Steve Howe?
