There are flowers out too....Mother Nature is confused......
Also watching Wizard of Oz for the second time, my 4 year old loves it!

We just got a dusting of snow at my house, but schools were closed anyway. Seems the snow fell in the northern/eastern parts of the county - I'm pretty central - close to town. J.J. was happy though!

ATM: I'm at work now - J.J. came in with me to work on his algebra, so I'm substituting as an algebra teacher too - LOL!

No snow downtown at all . . . :(

Good news on my wifes health Pre-cancerous polups were found and ALL of them removed - shes going to be fine- but needs to continue to monitor this over the years to come. other explanations of a less serious nature were found to explain her other problems, which will still require minor surgury but can be dealt with and put an end to.

what a relief

Excellent news, Chris! You two celebrate each other, and life. Make a point to do it at least five times daily, and start this medicine tonight. :)

That one weekend with my little guy gives me such a high. We'll usually go out for breakfast, stop by Home Depot (up until last year, he called every large store "Home Depot") or Sam's club, maybe catch a movie. But the whole time, I get to see the world through his eyes. Such innocense.

atm i'm back home from playing a five-night show at the casino three hours from here. it's been fun but tiresome and my fingers hurt like hell.
i found a copy of the limited edition of magnification at a used record store there for a very decent price which sort of was worth the trip itself!

Squaredance moshing. If that's going to happen anywhere, it's at a Hayseed Dixie concert. I can hear a parody song somewhere within that statement. Maybe even a Nirvana parody song. :D

ATM, I'm getting ready for work and getting over a horrible cold. But I still went to Bike Week, because that's what you do when you live anywhere nearby and you have a motorcycle.

I spent some money customizing my bike with driver mini floorboards and highway pegs, and my hubby did more customizing than I did. We didn't spend as much as I thought we would, but we still spent a nice chunk of change.

I also got a new full face shield helmet that allows room for glasses, so I don't have to do the "Shit! Need contacts!" thing and run back into the house when I can't get my helmet on.

We probably rode over 300 miles this weekend, but I needed it, as I came off a loooooooooooooooooong trial on Thursday and I was a wee bit stressed.

Allrighty, I've delayed putting on my uniform as long as possible. Toodles.

I'm jealous as hell, Michele!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

With too much snow and salt on the ground, I haven't ridden since The middle of February. Even though it was pretty cold, the day was too perfect not to start her up and go for a spin.

Every year I say that I'm gonna get down to Daytona for Bike Week, and every year something happens to prevent me from going. I've got plans with a couple of buddies to head on up to Americade in Lake George. I hope it works out.

Right now I'm sitting here at the computer, it's an overcast (but VERY warm) day in Vancouver - actually it's been consistently warm for about a month now :p - and I'm thinking I should go get sushi and some tea for lunch. It's only in the kitchen after all! ;) Then I'll be off to the barber, the post office (sending out some DVD-Rs which I FINALLY got to copy the other day when I got my new DVD burner working), and other such places. :p Today will be my last real 'day off' for the next week, but then I start a 2 1/2 week vacation! :D

Glad your health is improving....check out this author, book, subject matter..
Seems the American Public has been letting the big drug makers "poison" our children and with the "new rules" from 9/11 and the need to have anti-terrorist vaccines available, not too much is being done about it, part of the "price of war".....and Sen Bill Frist is heavily involved, Imagine THAT???

I'm not surprised to read about this. I quit taking vaccines YEARS ago, and have never used them with my son. And, I'm not surprised to hear ANYTHING about Sen. Frist. I DO NOT trust the man, and I hate that he has so much political clout.
