all congratulating Meeeesh as she sheds the recently added Trooper moniker in favor of a different one.

I suspect it's gonna get busy in there :)

Congratulations are in order, Perp! To succeed Prof, the criteria had to be pretty stiff. Consider yourself then of a caliber equal to his which is in no small way, the highest of compliments.

You bet it's gonna get busy in there! Here's my acceptance speech ...

Out the door I was fixing to walk
when I got the e-mail from Ed
asking me to forum op at YesTalk -
no second thoughts in my head!

I cast off the title of Trooper
for one that's not quite as cool
but that's ok, i'm no party pooper
'cause YesTalk, it surely doth rule!

Will a real songwriter please stand up?

Succeeding is certainly the right term, 'cause there's no replacing Prof! Thanks for the welcome, N2.

I consider myself new to the forum, but it appears all the ForumOps-type are great examples of what true Yes fans are all about. I appreciate your contributions to the site.

Yup, ten, we all appreciate the hard work they do to keep this place interesting.

However, you're only half right about the examples...... EVERYONE who hangs out here is a great example of a true Yes fan, not just the Ops.

(Plus, if you must know, they're not really better fans, they just seem to have more money for bribes)

Ten, you are very kind. However, Ed's words ring true regarding the members here... well, with one exception ( pssst...don't put too much stock in anything Renato says ).

[blue]Ditto on congratulations Meech! I've thought for awhile that you needed a forum, and the album forum was the best choice. So I wanted to step down and have a fresh perspective there. I'm looking forward to seeing how things will will go there now . . .

Oh yeah, sorry about all the cigarette butts and empty beer cans laying around--I shoulda cleaned up a bit first . . .

Of course I got it, Stout. I've just been so freakin' busy the last couple of days that I haven't had time to properly answer it yet. You know I look forward to your e-mail.
